After waking up and completing my morning routine, I fill a mason jar with lukewarm (pre-boiled) water; if it is too hot, I will add cold (filtered) water to cool it down, and add half a lemon and a pinch… a tiny tiny pinch of cayenne pepper, and drink the lemon water an hour prior to eating breakfast.
I’m going to repeat myself from my My Kriya Cleansing Techniques post, but I find it important to note that while we sleep, our body is at work cleansing itself; in other words, we are “fasting” during this time, which is why it is so important for a good nights sleep.
