Antioxidant Breakfast Bowl

Breakfast bowls are AMAZING to start your day, or to have as a mid-day or evening snack.

I start my day with a breakfast bowl, as it is packed with nutrients, vitamins and minerals to nourish my body after a good nights sleep.

Adding antioxidant foods, is an added bonus for your healthy in offsetting celluar damage; aka: warding off aging and diseases –  my little secret to looking fantabulously young! 😛  lol

  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Goji Berries
  • Walnuts, crushed
  • Coconut Flakes
  • Flax Seed, ground
  • Quinoa, mixed with the following:
  • Orange Zest
  • Lemon Zest
  • Coconut Sugar
  • Cinnamon
