Here’s a sure way to give the traditional hummus recipe a twist!
I love hummus, don’t get me wrong. It’s great as a dip, spread, or topping, but I thought I’d give the ol’ hummus recipe a twist with a variation of flavors that are healthy and delicious!
I’ve come up with the following delicious hummus recipes:
Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Edamame Hummus and Sweet Potato Hummus
– yum right?!
Below is a base recipe for a traditional hummus recipe that I use, as seen in my Open Face Veggie Sandwich recipe, followed by the additions to create the Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Edamame Hummus, or Sweet Potato Hummus.
This recipe is great for entertaining, or just as easily to be enjoyed as a healthy snack or addition to your meal.
