Who doesn’t love potatoes right?
Well, I think I’ve mastered my potato-making variations, and these roasted potatoes are among my favorite as a side dish.
They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside – so tasty!
Season them any which way you like, depending on your meal.
I usually play around with dried herbs such as Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano, Parsley, or seasoning such as Cumin, and Curry.
