A recipe which I actually came across from a photo on Instagram from Fitga Fitness & Yoga, and thought – ‘that looks delicious!’
I’ve altered the ingredients, creating this wonderful light super healthy crepe, which can be topped with anything you like.
Check out my alternate recipe Spelt Flour and Egg White Crepe with Salmon – this is just as yum!
I used Spelt Flour as it is easy on digestion, good source of protein and way healthier than all-purpose flour; another recommendation is using Coconut Flour, as Fitga Fitness & Yoga uses in her recipe.
