
Similar to my Spelt Flour and Egg White Crepe with Fruit, the inspiration for this dish came from a photo I saw on Instagram from Fitga Fitness & Yoga.
I’ve altered the ingredients, creating this wonderful light super healthy crepe, which can be topped with anything you like.
Spelt Flour is easy on digestion, a good source of protein and way healthier than all-purpose flour; another recommendation is using Coconut Flour, as Fitga Fitness & Yoga uses in her recipe.
