Thought it would be fun to share what’s in my fridge, to give you an idea of what I buy, cook and eat.
Of course, I’m missing the fridge door, spice cupboard and pantry, but let’s not get carried away here! lol

As you can see, it’s mostly organic produce, with a few containers of leftovers, ready made grains and legumes, and pre-soaked rice.

  • Almost all produce is purchased from The Sweet Potato organic grocery store or St. Lawrence Market
  • Silk Almond Milk, you can find at your local grocery store in the fridge section
  • Meat (not shown, as its in the freezer), is purchased from St. Lawrence Market
  • Nuts, Grains, Legumes are purchased at St. Lawrence Market
